Key Responsibilities:

Address client concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies in all cleaning operations.
Prepare reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and any issues that arise during operations.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new cleaning staff as needed.
