Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff
Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
Ensure all areas are cleaned according to company standards
Inspect work areas to maintain quality and hygiene
Train new cleaning staff
Manage cleaning supplies and report shortages
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills

Good communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts
