We are looking for a Customer Service Executive female to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building communication and preserving trusting relationships. The customer service executive will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems and queries of the clients to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
To be successful as a Customer Service Executive, you should possess excellent communication skills and confidence to handle the client enquiries in order to maintain the core values of the organization. You will work at your best to provide quick solutions to the clients while providing them with complete information regarding the product along with building a good relationship with them.
Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Answering and resolving customer queries quickly and efficiently.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them with utmost priority.
Keeping customers updated on all our products in order to increase sales.
Expanding the customer base by continuous everyday marketing and advertising.
Meeting with clients in the organization to plan strategically to take the process ahead and closing the deal.
Customer Service Executive Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in administration, business, finance, accounting or a related field.
Experience or knowledge into Trade Finance Operations or relating to Import & Export and dealing with financial instruments like Letters of Credit, SBLC, Bank Guarantees etc is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Willingness to learn and adapt superior product knowledge.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
