Position Summary:
The Client Relations Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring smooth operational processes, and supporting the sales and administration teams. This role requires a proactive and professional individual capable of handling client inquiries, coordinating payments, conducting follow-ups, and collecting feedback to enhance overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in clien with professionalism, ensuring a warm and positive first impression.
Collaborate with senior counsellors or management for detailed discussions, admissions support, and decision-making.
Perform consistent follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions or sign-ups.
Collect and record payments accurately, ensuring proper reconciliation and transparent doentation of transactions.
Prepare and manage admission forms, agreements, and confidential doents with precision and confidentiality.
Maintain and regularly update clie databases, enquiry logs, and payment records using CRM or Excel tools.
Assist in daily office administration tasks, including scheduling, doent control, and coordination between departments.
Support management reporting activities through daily, weekly, and monthly updates on admissions and operations.
Gather and record clie feedback after course enrolment or project completion to ensure service improvement.
Work with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, student engagement programs, and educational events.
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment that enhances the clie experience
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline preferred – Education, Business Administration, or related field an advantage).
Nationality: Philippines, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan.
Gender: Female candidates preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in client relations, counselling, or office administration (freshers may be considered).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and WhatsApp Business tools.
Personal Qualities:
Highly disciplined, punctual, and presentable.
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced educational environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: AED 1000 – 2000 + performance-based incentives.
Working Hours: 9AM-6PM
