Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
• Client Engagement:
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, address issues, and provide ongoing support
• Sales Support:
Assist in sales activities, including sending proposals, preparing invoices, uploading content to the app,and supporting event preparations.
• Client Accessibility:
Remain accessible to clients, providing timely assistance and answering inquiries as needed.
Team Assistance
• Research & Scheduling:
Conduct research, organize meetings (in Dub York), source suppliers, and manage day-to-day schedules.
Operational Support:
Coordinate with storage and installation teams and visit client sites when necessary.
• Artist Relations:
Facilitate communication with artists and handle their logistical needs
• Freelancer Sourcing:
Assist in identifying freelancers and additional resources required for project support.Working Hours
• Flexibility:
No set working hours; availability required to support client needs as they arise.
