The ideal candidate will act as an intermediary between the client and the project team, ensuring that the client’s needs are met while the project progresses smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, representing their interests throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and address any potential roadblocks or misunderstandings before they become significant issues.
Ensure clear and consistent communication between the client and the project team.
Work closely with the head manager of the investment company on a daily basis to align project goals and expectations.
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of both structural and architectural aspects of construction.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in high-end residential construction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
