Role Overview
As a Client Success & Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Keynoverse’s business expansion, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth product delivery from proposal to onboarding.
This role combines business development, marketing outreach, contract administration, client relationship management, and operational coordination — demanding initiative, analytical thinking, and strong commercial judgment.
You will take ownership of the full client lifecycle: from identifying opportunities and developing pricing strategies to coordinating product readiness, onboarding clients, and ensuring continuous satisfaction and retention.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Account & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring professional communication and consistent support.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships by delivering excellent service and proactive engagement.
Monitor client satisfaction, handle complaints or concerns promptly, and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
Conduct regular account reviews, provide progress updates, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure every client experience reflects Keynoverse’s commitment to quality, reliability, and innovation.
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify, research, and pursue new client opportunities across target markets aligned with Keynoverse’s strategic objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to determine pricing structures, promotional strategies, and growth opportunities.
Prepare sales budgets and pricing models, ensuring offerings remain competitive and profitable.
Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and quotations for each client segment.
Participate in meetings, negotiations, and deal closures under the guidance of the CEO and CTO.
Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set by management.
3. Marketing Outreach & Sales Ownership
Take complete responsibility for marketing and outreach activities, including digital campaigns, lead generation, and direct engagement.
Design, plan, and execute self-initiated marketing strategies to attract potential clients and generate qualified leads.
Create and maintain marketing materials, client communication templates, and promotional content aligned with Keynoverse branding.
Manage the entire sales funnel — from prospecting and lead nurturing to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.
4. Contracting, Coordination & Product Delivery
Prepare, review, and process client contracts, proposals, and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Collect and doent the scope of work and functional requirements from each client and coordinate with the technical team to prepare, customize, or configure products accordingly.
Oversee the onboarding and delivery process, ensuring that each client receives the agreed solution or service within the specified timeline.
Track and communicate delivery progress between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth implementation.
Serve as the liaison for client feedback, feature requests, or technical issues — ensuring all matters are addressed efficiently by the technical team.
Doent lessons learned and client insights for continuous improvement of product quality and delivery standards.
5. Reporting, Analysis & Compliance
Submit weekly performance reports summarizing outreach activities, client updates, ongoing projects, and business outcomes.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate client, sales, and contract data in the CRM and other internal systems.
Conduct periodic market and performance analyses to support pricing revisions and sales forecasting.
Ensure all communications, doents, and contracts comply with Keynoverse’s internal policies, confidentiality obligations, and UAE labour regulations.

Demonstrate full ownership and accountability over your client portfolio, from lead generation to delivery.
Consistently meet defined sales, onboarding, and client satisfaction KPIs.
Maintain strong interdepartmental coordination with the technical and operations teams to ensure delivery excellence.
