We are looking to hire an experienced Coffee shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Café. To be successful as an Manager, you should demonstrate exemplary management and leadership skills and ensure that the café staff carries out all duties efficiently.
Essential Functions:
Develop comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, pricing and scripting for all standard products.
Obtain all information related to the sales and operation team.
Train staff to follow procedures and encourage them to upsell
Day to day operation of the café
Regular visits to outlets
Build relationship with marketing channels and influencers
Build relationship with suppliers
Ensure strong team work among members
Communicate and send periodic reports
Come up with plans to improve sales, menu, operations
Ensure communication is done in a timely, efficient manner.
Maintain good organizational skills through time management, setting priorities, and accurate paperwork.
