We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing female Communication Officer to join our team and leverage their interpersonal skills and understanding of dating apps to generate high-quality leads for our real estate company. Responsibilities:
Strategically leverage dating apps to identify and connect with potential real estate clients.
Initiate and maintain engaging conversations to establish rapport and comprehend client needs and preferences.
Employ ethical and creative approaches to introduce our company's services within the dating app community.
Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and interests in real estate.
Drive lead generation efforts by nurturing relationships and converting prospects into qualified leads.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and optimize outreach strategies.
Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in using dating apps for lead generation.
Regularly analyze and report on lead generation metrics and activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience utilizing dating apps professionally or personally for networking or business purposes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to forge genuine connections virtually.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management is advantageous.

Hiring Process:
Our hiring process includes 2 steps;
1st Step is Assessment: We will provide you with communication curriculum which includes 22 questions written at the end which you have to answer by reading curriculum.
2nd Step: We will conduct an online Interview.
After evaluation, if we find you suitable for the post of Communication Officer, we will provide you with an offer letter.
