Position Title: Company Driver and Office Assistant
Budget: 4200-5000AED without accommodation
Working Hours (Monday-Saturday): 9.00am-7.00pm. He must be able to work overtime on weekdays and also work on weekends when required. He should take off days when management is not in Dubai.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drives company vehicle to transport employees, visitors, and materials to and from various destinations.
• Ensure that company vehic are well-maintained and in good working condition.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance, including fueling, cleaning, and checking oil, water, brakes, and tires.
• Assist with loading and unloading of merchandise, office supplies.
• Deliver doents, packages, and other items to various locations as needed.
• Perform general office duties and run errands, such as sourcing vendors, purchasing office supplies, banking.
• Assist in office maintenance needs and handy-man task such as simple fix or installations.
• Assist other team members on office matters when needs arise.
Requirements:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver, able to upkeep the company car, send for servici, what to do in case of any car incidents.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good English Proficiency is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items.
Prefer someone with personal driver experience at times they need to observe privacy and handle VIP guests. Prefer who stays near our office (World Trade Centre) or our management home near Dubai Creek so that he will be able to arrive quickly when required.
Working Conditions:
The company driver will work in both an office and outdoor environment. He will be required to drive in various weather conditions and traffic situations
