Job Description
Spray Painters are responsible for applying spray paints on parts, metals, automobiles, etc., and executing associated tasks, including discussing painting project requirements with clients, preparing the job site, applying primers, removing old paint, filling holes, matching colors, and cleaning tools and site.
Duties & Responsibilities
§ Responsible for preparing parts and assemblies for painting
§ Mix paint and other materials according to specification or formula
§ Ensure facility and spray painting equipment are in good working condition
§ Responsible for the identification and separation of non-conforming parts or materials and report them to supervisors
§ Utilize spray gun and apply paint in conformance with all specifications
§ Employ heat or oven paint drying techniques for special purpose finishes
§ Scrutinize and measure parts to maintain statistical process control charts
§ Monitor machine gauges and equipment operation to discover defec from standards, and make necessary adjustments
§ Utilize solvents, wire brushes, and cloths for cleaning sprayers and power equipment
§ Follow company requirements to select paint, and match colors of paint following specified color charts
§ Responsible for material and minor maintenance.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum if 3 years’ experience on same field
2. Expertise in utilizing various spray-painting tools and equipment such as pressure pots, spray guns, hoses, nozzles, gauges, cup guns, conveyor line, paint gun cleaner unit, protective spray-painting equipment, paint shakers, and high-lifts
3. Physical Requirement: It is essential that a spray painter can work in confined spaces and at various heights to execute their job tasks
4. Team Player: The spray painter does not work alone but in a team

6. Certifications of same is an advantage
7. Education: High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of vocational trade school, work experience, or apprenticeship
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED800.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
