Responsibilities:
Input and update data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, and other electronic systems.
Verify and correct any discrepancies in data entry to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and update records of information, including customer details, product information, and financial data.
Organize and file doents and records in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Assist with data cleaning, formatting, and validation as needed.
Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and information security.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
Proficient typing skills and knowledge of data entry procedures and techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge of data management software and databases is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
