Job Description

Requires Business Analyst with 8 years of experience and minimum of 3 years in relevant Utility Busine Excellence roles and must have strong Project Management credentials
Perform functional analysis of the Client’s current business process and assessment & evaluation and efficiency.
• Responsible for development and formulation & recommendation of potential improvements.
• Assist in End-to-end management and execution of Continual Improvement Initiatives, from evaluation of improvement ideas to full process & management of system implementation.
• Identifies Benchmarking and gap analysis on the Client’s Continual Improvement (CI) Framewo.
• Develop initiatives related to implementation and assist in the improvement of Client’s Continual Improvement Framewo, in terms of CI Processes and System,
1. Fully engage with relevant Client’s departments to make necessary changes,
slight changes to the system configurati to the Client’s requirements.
2. Coordinating troubleshooting of issu that may surface during the use of
the systems through the Client’s IT department.
3. Reflect any proce changes and enhancements in the associated departmental
ISO Documentation.
• Preparation and issue of routine a ad-hoc manageme reports and presentations.
• Engagement with Client’s Departments, in implementing actions related to Customer Satisfaction Survey resul.
• Assist the Planning and Quality department during the preparation and execution of major projects.
• Upkeep of Planning and Quality (PQ) Department ISO Documentation, in line with any internal process chang.
• Undertake priority improvement projects based on the Client’s advice.
• Review the as-is process(es) potentially impacted by proposed improvement ide.
• Gather detailed business requirements and undertake process reengineeri to realize the target improvements on Process Integration, Process Data Quality, Process Performance Measurement, Process Automation, Process Streamlining, Process Governance.
• Liaise with Client’s IT Department for implementation of initiatives through the development of new a making changes to existing process automation in coordination with the relevant stakeholders, including end-user departments.
• Undertake Change Management activities in accordance with the Client’s-approved Change Management Plan, including but not limited to, awareness workshops, user training sessions, and supporting documents such as Training Manuals, User Guides, Project Newsletters etc.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001
• Verify and validate audit activities, to ensure objectives of the initiative are met and consistency
with the process and system architecture defined under IBD project.
