LanceSoft is seeking an experienced Consultant to lead change management and communications for a large-scale digital transformation project in Oman. You will develop and implement comprehensive strategies to ensure organizational readiness, managing the transition for stakeholders during ERP or financial system reforms. Key duties include conducting impact assessments, identifying adoption risks, and designing capacity-building frameworks. You will create targeted communication plans to translate complex technical changes into clear messages for diverse audiences. Additionally, you will coach business leaders and change champions to reinforce new behaviors and monitor adoption metrics to ensure the project meets its strategic objectives. This is a 1-year onsite contract focused on embedding change into the heart of project delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in OCM, Communications, Business, HR, or Psychology. 8 to 10 years of experience in change management for large-scale ERP or government reform programs. Professional certification (Prosci ADKAR, APMG, or CCMP) is strongly preferred. Proven track record in stakeholder engagement within complex public sector environments. Expertise in developing training frameworks, learning pathways, and communication plans. Ability to work closely with technical teams to align change activities with system design. Strong analytical skills to measure adoption progress via dashboards and reports.
