Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead the implementation of our new Enterprise Resource Planning system. The ERP Manager will be responsible for managing the overall project, including budget, strategy, training, user acceptance testing, and rollout. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of databases and experience with SQL, as well as previous experience leading ERP implementations. In addition, the ERP Manager should have a strong understanding of business intelligence (BI) tools and possess strong analytical and reporting skills. The ERP Manager will also be responsible for managing relationships with the software provider and implementati provider.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that all project expenses are tracked and accounted for.
Develop and execute a comprehensive project strategy, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Lead user acceptance testing to ensure that the new system meets the needs of all stakeholders.
Provide training to end users on the new system, including conducting workshops and one-on-one sessions as needed.
Utilize BI tools to analyze and report on data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the rollout of the new system, working closely with the technical team to resolve any technical challenges.
Monitor project progress and report regularly to upper management on the status of the implementation.
Manage relationships with the software provider and implementati provider, ensuring that all parties are aligned and working towards a successful project.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading ERP implementations.
Strong understanding of databases and experience with SQL.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and educate end users on the new system.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience utilizing BI tools.
Experience with budget management and financial tracking.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
