Job Description:
1- Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen equipment.
2- Up to date knowledge in cooking techniques & recipes
3- Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
4- Cook food in a timely manner & Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
5-Ensure appealing plate presentation
6-Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
7-Slightly modify recipes & Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
8-Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
