We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Counter Staff to join our team in retail outlets, airport counters, and food court operations. The ideal candidate will assist customers efficiently while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and handle orders at the counter professionally
Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately
Assist customers with product information and general inquiries
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the counter and service area
Coordinate with kitchen or back-end teams to ensure timely order delivery
Restock display items and ensure product availability
Follow company policies related to hygiene, safety, and customer service
Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and escalate when necessary
Freshers are welcome to apply
Previous experience in retail, food court, or airport services is an advantage
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge is a plus
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Neat appearance and professional attitude
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
