Job Description

The Creative Marketing and Growth Development Specialist will play a central role in
conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing creative, digital-first, and performance-driven
marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, engagement, and measurable business
growth.

This role combines creative execution, analytical insight, digital marketing expertise, SEO
fundamentals, and AI-enabled tools to develop focused and data-driven online campaigns.
The position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments,
understands consumer behavior, and can translate insights into compelling brand stories and
high-impact digital strategies.

The role requires strong collaboration across departments to ensure consistency, innovation,
and performance across all marketing touchpoints.


Brand Strategy & Market Insights
• Conduct consumer, market, and competitor research to identify trends, audience
behavior, and growth opportunities
• Support the development of brand positioning, value propositions, and go-to
market strategies
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to maintain consistent brand
messaging across channels

Campaign, Digital & Online Marketing Execution
• Plan, execute, and optimize 360-degree digital marketing campaigns across
websites, social media, influencers, email, and paid platforms
• Develop creative briefs, campaign copy, and SEO-optimized content strategies
aligned with business objectives
• Manage online campaign funnels including landing pages, lead generation, and
conversion tracking
• Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, assets, and deliverables with internal
teams and external partners

SEO, AI Tools & Digital Enablement
• Conduct basic keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis to support
content and campaign planning
• Optimize website content, blogs, landing pages, and metadata for search visibility
and user intent
• Utilize AI-powered marketing tools for content generation, copy variations,
creative ideation, performance analysis, and campaign testing
• Apply automation tools to streamline workflows across content distribution,
reporting, and lead nurturing

Client, Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Support preparation and execution of client-facing presentations, pitch decks, and
post-campaign reviews
• Coordinate inter-department communication and deliverables for ongoing
marketing initiatives
• Actively contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and campaign ideation
sessions

Performance Tracking & Analytics
• Track and monitor digital campaign performance using analytics, SEO, and
reporting tools
• Analyze key metrics including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, SEO
rankings, and ROI
• Prepare post-campaign reports highlighting insights, learnings, and optimization
recommendations

Innovation & Process Improvement
• Introduce and apply emerging marketing technologies, including AI and
automation tools, to improve efficiency
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices
• Recommend process improvements to scale marketing impact and campaign
effectiveness

Creative Campaign Development
• Translate marketing strategies into visually compelling and emotionally engaging
creative campaigns
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media teams to deliver cohesive
digital and social content
• Craft ad copies, visual concepts, and creative briefs tailored to specific audience
segments and platforms
• Contribute ideas for influencer marketing, short-form video concepts, and
emerging content formats


Candidate Requirements

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or any Engineering-related course) – Mandatory
• Strong academic foundation in analytical and technical disciplines

Experience
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand strategy, digital marketing, or
communications
• Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, or
brand content
• Exposure to SEO, online campaigns, or performance-driven digital marketing preferred
• Experience in FMCG, Media, Entertainment, or Technology sectors is an advantage

Technical & Professional Skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, brand management, and campaign
execution
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content optimization, and online growth
strategies
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics
dashboards
• Proficiency in presentation and productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Google
Workspace)
• Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and creative briefs
