Job Responsibilities:
Ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, business management, customer support and engineering teams.
Track record of successful collaboration with a product development team, Multiple Stakeholders, internal as well as external.
Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Strong business management and analysis skills.
Should have owned complete product lifecycle from conceptualization to release and roadmap.
Help create product vision and strategy, product roadmaps as well as detailed specification of product requirements, workflows, and user stories.
Should have worked on major Product development project in for any of Payments integrations, like , NB, UPI (Collect and QR), Auto Pay (UPI Auto Pay, E-NACH, SI), BBPS, Cross Border Payments
Must behold fair idea of modules like Reconciliation, Pay-out, Refund, Settlement, Chargeback
At least 2-3 years of experience in Payment Solutions Domain (Payment Gateway / Point Of Sale)
Understanding requirements, derive to a product vision and strategy, and working with world - class engineers to execute it.
