Job Description

CUSTOMER RESPONSE AGENT AED 4000 per month all inclusive

· Recei calls from intern customers.
· Record all requests into the applications used.
· Create work orders for customer’s fresh requests.
· Building customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
· Follow up the calls of the client with clerical duties which includes follow up on open requests, escalating pending WOs, as well as liaising with other departments.
· Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds and interruptions.
· Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers.
· Display Time flexibility towards shifts as per work traffic requirements.
· Flexibility and reliability- Ability to adapt to change; meet the changing demands of the work environment; any delays or other unexpected demands.
· Quality management- Look for means of improving as well as promoting quality; analyze the various parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutions; to follow instructions and also keep commitments.
Facility Management experience is highly preferable.
Minimum 2 years of UAE, experience desirable.
