Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Officer to join our sales team specializing in credit card sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a persuasive approach to selling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Generation:
oPromote and sell credit card products to potential customers.
oAchieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective customer acquisition strategies.
oConduct outbound calls and meetings with potential clients to explain credit card benefits and features.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
•Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth application process.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
•Identify and target potential customers through research and networking.
•Stay updated on competitor products and market trends to offer better solutions to customers.
4. Compliance and Doentation:
•Ensure all customer applications meet compliance requirements and are processed accurately.
•Collect and verify all necessary doentation to complete the credit card application process.
5. Team Collaboration:
•Work closely with the sales team and managers to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
•Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback discussions to improve performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Proven experience in sales, preferably in credit card or financial services.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
•Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
•Familiarity with banking or financial services products is an advantage.
•Any Bachelor’s degree ( Final Certificate is mandatory ).

•Monthly and quarterly sales targets.
•Customer acquisition and retention rates.
•Customer satisfaction scores.
•Accuracy in application processing and compliance adherence.
