Job Description:
As a Customer Insights Analyst , you will be responsible for analyzing customer data to uncover trends, behaviors, and preferences that will help guide our business strategies. You will work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to provide insights that enhance our customer experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze customer data from various sources, including surveys, transaction data, and web analytics, to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to support targeted marketing and personalized experiences.
Provide actionable insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance the customer journey.
Monitor and report on key customer metrics, including customer satisfaction, lifetime value, and churn rates.
Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark our performance against industry standards.
Support the design and implementation of customer surveys and other research initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in customer analytics.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in customer insights, data analysis, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experience with customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Skills:

Experience with advanced analytics techniques, such as regression analysis, clustering, or machine learning, is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market research methodologies.
Experience in a specific industry (e.g., retail, e-commerce, finance) is an advantage.
