IW Express is hiring Customer Service Agents!
We are a logistics provider specializing in optimizing supply chains with IT, warehousing, distribution, and e- commerce solutions.
Place: Dajeej, Farwaniya
Timings: 9am to 5pm (6 days a week)
As a Customer Service Agent, your role would be to:
•Provide a professional and courteous service to all our customers
•Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
•Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and product availability
•Process shipments in timely manner
•Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution
Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Receptionist, or related field.
Qualifications
Bachel in any field
Bilingual fluency (Both Arabic & English)
Excellent communication skills
Transferable Visa (18/22)
