A reputable company in Downtown Dubai is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries
Provide accurate information regarding services, products, or procedures
Maintain customer records and update databases as needed
Resolve customer complaints and escalate cases when necessary
Assist in processing orders, bookings, or service requests
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions
Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or front desk roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
