Job Requirements:
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Professional attitude, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
