Greet members and guests in a friendly professional manner
-Answering all queries via email, phone and in person
-Resolve member complaints in a prompt and amicable manner
-Processing and collecting payments
-Updating member’s records and account in the system
-Explaining facility policies and procedures to new and existing members
-Making announcements about policies and events
-Keeping the reception area clean and organized
-Sending daily overall sales report to management
-Ensure updated product knowledge including all the benefits, facilities and services
-Maintain an effective working relationship and knowledge of all departments in the club
-Adhere to all company policies and procedures
