Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our product line and stay up-to-date with any updates or changes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing, shipping, and delivery.
- Address customer complaints and work towards swift resolutions, aiming to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to customers.
- Assist in creating a positive and friendly customer service experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays, as required.
