The candidate should:
Monitor & Manage member queri & Govern through internal escalation process
Complains & Retention Process
To maintain the team effectively towards the customer satisfaction (CAPS)
Driving Team to generate revenues for the organization by upselling products, referrals, rescue management and ASF collections.

Qualification & Experience:
Graduates / Post Graduates with 5 – 7 yrs. of experience with good communication skills. Knowledge of Computers will be essential.
