-Handling Aerospace shipments (AOG’s) Air Freight - Imports & Exports.
-Managing the day-to-day operations of assigned Air Imports & Exports
-Effective coordination with overseas Agents, Customers, Airlines & Operations team.
-Pricing, Rate Negotiations, Quotations
-Effectively handling the Job management, logs and milestones, and Job closures.
-Timely and errorless Billi booking on the TRM system.
-Knowledge of Customs formalities & Requirements
-Graduated, with 5 -10 years of experience in handling Air shipments, Freight, Pricing and Air Console preferred for this role.
-Age 23-35years
-Residing in Dubai
-Holding valid UAE driving license
-Awareness of Logistics & Freight industry (Main Focus: Aerospace Industry)
-Communication – Fluent in English. Arabic & French – Added advantage.
-Flexible to work in shifts.
