Job Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems.
Verify and correct data entries to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Prepare and organize source doents for data entry.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Generate simple reports and assist with doent management.
Communicate with departments to clarify incomplete or missing data.
Perform basic administrative support tasks when required.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training is an advantage.
Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, spreadsheets, and email).
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous data entry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
