Minimum 2 years of experience in Food Trading Company or FMCG, with a strong understanding of export doentation.
Job Role
•Data entry and maintenance of records related to logistics operations.
•Handle Dubai Customs clearance and Municipality processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
•Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to logistics and order fulfillment.
•Maintain accurate records of shipment details, ensuring all data is closely monitored and up-to-date.
•Coordinate all aspects of the daily transportation and shipping operations.
•Proficient in Dubai Customs clearance and Municipality processes including Food Control System.
•Experience in creation of Shipping doents such as Bill of Entry, Invoice & Packing List etc.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
•Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.
