-Plan routes to save time and efficiency using intimate knowledge of the city as well as GPS apps
-Deliver the required number of daily shipments.
-Record, update collections and delivery status on daily basis and handle payments on time.
-Close and return undelivered shipments by end of day.
-Deposit all Cash on Delivery collection by end of day.
-Perform other duties as requested by the direct manager.
-Deliver packages and parcels to homes and businesses within a designated area
-Navigate delivery routes using GPS devices and maps
-Pick up packages from customers and return them to the delivery center
-Sort packages based on delivery route and destination
-Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles
-Communicate with customers to ensure timely delivery and address any concerns or issues
-Track delivery status and update delivery information using handheld devices
-Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines while driving and delivering packages
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle
-Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels and tire pressure
-Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
-Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
- Valid UAE Manual Driving License
- Currently in UAE
- Good communication skills
- Knowledgeable in majority of areas in UAE
- Experience in delivery is a plus
- Can join immediately (not willing to wait for notice period)
