We are looking for a skilled and motivated Design Engineer to join our technical department. This is a key role within our project delivery team, focusing on the design and doentation of advanced firefighting system skids using Autodesk Inventor. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and engage with clients, ensuring our designs meet high standards for manufacturing, serviceability, and offshore industry requirements.
Responsibilities
•Design complete firefighting system skids with guidance from senior engineers.
•Analyse client specifications and update existing bid-phase designs to meet contract requirements.
•Ensure manufacturability and serviceability by applying GD&T, tolerances, and engineering best practices.
•Participate in client meetings and communicate technical design aspects effectively.
•Prepare complete and accurate manufacturing doentation using 3D CAD.
•Adapt design practices to align with Company’s internal standards and procedures.

Requirement
•Experience designing hydraulic skids, especially for offshore firefighting systems.
•Advanced knowledge of Inventor drawing tools: sections, detail views, projections, and assembly organization.
•Familiarity with client-facing technical communication and design presentation.
•Proficient in Autodesk Inventor 2023 (or similar CAD tools) and AutoCAD.
•Practical experience with:Hydraulic component design (manifolds, cylinders, etc.)Reading and interpreting P&IDsGD&T and ISO 27683D assemblies and creating accurate BOM structures
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
•Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively in a fast-paced environment.
•Well-organized and collaborative team player.
