Next Level Group is looking for a talented, responsible candidate for the position of Design Team Leader specialist in Building Envelope and Glazing Solution products such as Aluminium Curtain Wall, Doors & Windows, Cladding, Point Fixed Systems, Skylights, Canopies, Balustrades, Internal Partitions, Metal Work.
· Strategically assign the design tasks to the team ensuring thus accurate execution of the design programme in line with the project main plan.
· Check the architectural and structural drawings and ascerta that the shop drawings are drawn in accordance with architectural and structural- requirements.
· Suggest design solutions according to conceptual details and requirements for the products.
· Preparation of the Shop Drawings (Plan, Section, Elevation & Details) by AutoCAD
· Prepare drafting works while maintaining quality and productivity.
· Measuring work progress to the completion Date.
· Create design instant logs of the shop drawings, fabrication drawings and the material take-off.
· Communicate with other departments involved in production process to ensure proper execution of project and processes.
· Supervise project assembly and installation.
· Design 2D and 3D illustrations and ensure that they are identical to sketches provided by the engineering team.
· Ensure structural checks are done for all necessary components of the product (i.e. glass, aluminum profiles and brackets, connections, etc.).
· Maintain the requirements of specifications and standards for the nonstandard constructions as directed by Manager.
· Accomplish the drawings within the given program and ensure Periodical Site Supervision.
· Provide all design concepts for the project as directed by the manager.
