Job Description:
1.Carry out regular maintenance of machineries / vehicles as per the schedule drawn and co-ordinate with preventive maintenance team for the regular check-up and rectification.
2.Able to overhaul all types of diesel engine upto 8 cylinder (V-Type’s & In-Line), Manual / Automatic transmission and under chassis work, trouble-shoot independently Engi for Vehic like Mercedes Truck, Man Truck, Hino Truck, Caterpillar, Komatsu.
3.Very good experience with MAN, Mercedes, Hino Trucks and Hydraulic Excavator CAT-320 D2L, 329DL, Komatsu-PC 200-7, PC-300-8, Backhoe Loader: JCB -3CX , Skid Loader CAT-216B3 and passenger bus etc.
4.Installation of machines with trial run, load test etc…
5.Emergency attending of breakdown of machinery and rectification.
6.Must be Technically sound and should possess excellent knowledge of following Eqp &Vehicles, especially the Heavy Equipments:
Heavy Equipment's: Shovel, Backhoe Loader, Excavators, Roller's, Tele-handlers,
Skid Loader-Bobcat, Manlifts, Forklifts.
