Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer who can manage our online presence, design engaging visuals, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills combined with hands-on digital marketing knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, and other platforms
Manage social media pages (posting, captions, hashtags, engagement)
Run and optimize paid ads (Meta & Google Ads) when required
Support SEO basics, Google Business Profile updates, and online visibility
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly marketing reports
Coordinate with operations and sales teams for promotions, events, and campaigns
Graphic Design
Design social media posts, reels covers, banners, posters, flyers, standees, and in-store creatives
Create branding materials (logos, brochures, packaging, price tags, signage)
Maintain brand consistency across all designs
Edit photos and short videos for marketing use
Support creative ideas for campaigns, festivals, and promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (After Effects / Premiere Pro is a plus)
Good understanding of social media trends and content formats
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics
Ability to handle multiple brands and tasks simultaneously
Good communication and coordination skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail / pet care / food / lifestyle brands
Knowledge of video editing and reel creation
Understanding of branding and visual storytelling
Familiar with influencer marketing and content planning
