Job Description

Develop and Implement Performance Marketing Strategies: Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and influencer partnerships to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize conversions.

Optimize Campaign Performance: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct testing, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Utilize audience insights and data analytics to identify target audiences, create audience segments, and personalize marketing messages for maximum relevance and engagement.

Collaborate with Influencers: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators within the travel and lifestyle niche to amplify brand awareness, reach new audiences, and foster authentic engagement.

Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently across different channels and campaigns, including influencer partnerships, and ensure cost-effectiveness in achieving marketing objectives.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and influencers to align performance marketing strategies with overall business goals. Communicate campaign updates, insights, and performance reports effectively to stakeholders.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and E-commerce to ensure the implementation of innovative and effective strategies.

Social Media Content: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, maintaining unified brand voice. Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.


Candidate Requirements

1.Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, preferably female.
2.2 to 3 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in the E-commerce sector, with exposure to influencer marketing.
3.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
4.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6.Familiarity with the Dubai market and cultural nuances is a plus.
7.Located in Dubai and available for an in-person interview.
8.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
