Full Job Description:
Should have experience in hospitality in UAE
diploma or degree in hospitality or Marketing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing with previous experience
Communicate and coordinate with the front office manager, group bookings, room blocks, rooming lists and, billing procedures.
Prepare all BEOs for group events providing timely and accurate information to clients and appropriate staff members.
Assist with the creation, development, and implementation of adult and child activities and programs.
a vibrant website with seasonally appropriate keywords, pictures, links, PPC campaigns and digital marketing. Analyze results on monthly basis including but not limited to Google Analytics and third third-party. Monitor SEO process.
Develop and maintain CRM campaigns with monthly email blasts and customer feedback mechanisms.
Develops brochures, newspaper, magazine and radio advertising copy, and other written materia about available fo services and hotel facilities for public accommodation
Direct the solicitation efforts of the sales department through effective oral and written communication while overseeing rate, date and space commitments for group room sales within the hotel.
Direct and manage all group, transient, and cateri sales and activities to maximize revenue for the hotel.
Compile a direct the preparation of reports including annual and monthly forecast, marketing budget, lead management system, group booking pace report, STAR report, etc.
Attend and represent the hotel at selected trade shows or necessary community events.
Coordinate ongoing research of the travel industry to detect market trends and related information for the development of new marketing strategies.
Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.
Initiate preparation of annual sales and marketing plan and execute plans as outlined.
Maintain tracking system through sales system to ensure all client information and potential bookings and prospecting calls is documented.
Develop group rates, group sales, and catering deployment strategies through a review of competitive data, demand analysis, and mix management.
Maintain and update Hotel website for optimum performance, search engine relevance , and engagement.
Create and implement targeted push marketing tools for Hotel website.
Assist in creating email campaigns that drive increased traffic to proprietary websites.
Maximize opportunities for publicity in all forms of social media, including independently monitoring Social Media sites where our business may have a presence and respo accordingly; full autonomy to monitor primary Websites which include: Instagr Advis.
Prepare a monthly content calendar across all Social Media platforms one month in advance of deployment.
Supervise filmi shoots for PR and Marketing opportunities at the hotel as well as assist in handling photography /videography creative for social media posts.
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, creative assets, copy, and other internal and external sales and marketing efforts
Increase measurable revenues generated by digital campaigns and deliver monthly and quarterly results reports
Qualifications:
Marketing in Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
