Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the development, execution, and management of online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, trends, and tools, with a focus on improving online visibility and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:

Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
Drive campaign strategies, creative development, and testing to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
Manage Social Media Marketing:

Lead social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring content aligns with business objectives.
Track and analyze social media performance, audience insights, and trends to optimize strategies.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization to increase visibility on search engines.
Paid Media Campaigns (PPC/SEM):

Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) and display advertising, ensuring optimal budget allocation and ROI.
Analyze and optimize paid media strategies to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Content Creation and Management:

Work closely with content creators to develop engaging blog posts, videos, infographics, and other digital content.
Oversee content calendars and ensure timely publication across all digital channels.
Email Marketing:

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring segmentation and personalization strategies to maximize engagement.
Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) to optimize future campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital marketing metrics.
Use data insights to continuously refine strategies and achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:

Work closely with product, sales, design, and customer service teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives.
Support the creation of landing pages, product promotions, and digital assets for campaigns.
Stay Up to Date with Trends:

Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.
Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms to enhance marketing performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or lead role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
Proficient in marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and optimize marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with testing and conversion rate optimization.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing platforms.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with the possibility of remote work, depending on company policies.
