Responsibilities
Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy
Creating visual concepts for promotional activities
Managing the digital marketing calendar
Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company
Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content
Tracking digital marketing performance
Creating and updating digital marketing reports
Overseeing the digital marketing budget
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, S, marketing database, PPC, email, social media a display advertising campaigns
Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts)
Manage end-to-end digital projects
Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with and multivariate experiments
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights and keyword research
Experience with and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console)
Experience with using SEO analysis tools (e.g. Semrush, Ahrefs)
Working knowledge of Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and Google Display Network campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital media Marketing, or similar field
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
Experience with digital marketing automation software
Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
Knowledge of web publishing
Proficiency with SEO & SEM tools
Superb verbal and written communication skills
