Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate dispatch of deliveries efficiently.
Communicate with drivers to assign routes and monitor progress.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, deliveries, and inventory.
Resolve any logistical issues or delays promptly.
Liaise with customers to confirm orders and handle inquiries professionally.
Prepare reports on dispatch performance and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or coordination roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in MS Office and basic logistics software.
