Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Doent Controller at Ahmadyar Developments in Dubai. The Doent Controller will be responsible for managing project doentation, records, and communication within the organization on a daily basis.

Project Doentation expertise
Records Management proficiency
Strong Communication skills

Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Revit is a plus.
