Responsibilities:
•Scan, file, and store company doents (both hard and soft copies).
•Prepare receipts, payment vouchers, proforma invoices, and tax invoices.
•Assist in VAT filing and related doentation.
•Handle company legal doents (licenses, establishment cards, tenancy contracts, etc.).
•Manage and monitor office supplies.
•Provide email management and correspondence support.
•Coordinate with engineers for their doentation and administrative needs.
•Welcome and assist visitors and guests, ensuring a professional and friendly reception.
•Perform general office duties including making coff and maintaining an organized workspace.
•Bachelor’s degree (MOFA Attested)
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
•Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
•Fast learner.
