Responsibilities:
· Prepare or develop the Shop Drawings in accordance with the Architectural, Civil, Mep and Structural requirements for the tend
· Interpret client’s briefs and prepare and develop sketch plans for client approval.
· Conduct amendments of the prepared drawings taking into consideration any changes on the initial design.
· Coordinates with the Project Engineers a Land Surveyors to produce drawings that meet the specifications.
· Maintain the original Shop Drawings to ensure that they are available for future reference and to prevent obsole versions from inadvertent use.
· Coordinate with the Document Controller to ensure control and distribution of the shop drawing and removal or marking of obsole versions from points of use.
· Organize and maintain drawing registers and drawi folder.
· Arrange plotting as required.
· Manage the performance of all their team members.
· Perform other duties as required.
