Prepare the two-year & five-year Drilling & Workover plan based on well requirements and identify the required rig resources.
Follow up, Monitor, analyze and evaluate the performance of drilling & workover operations and update drilling and workover database on daily basis.
Review & analyze the planned well duration for Drilling & Workover activities based on actual execution.
Setting target for the number of wells to be delivered during the fiscal year per each rig (Drilling & Workover).
Prepare the follow-up reports as requested.
Very good knowledge about CAPEX & OPEX and well delivery project gate system.
Review Budget & Conceptual Proposals to determine the rig requirements (no. of rigs & types).
Very good knowledge about KPI related issues.
In-depth knowledge about Drilling & Workover, at least 8 years' experience in drilling operation.
Knowledge of Microsoft office and data manipulating to visualize & analyze drilling data.
Excellent communication and supervision skills.
Good knowledge to HSE in drilling operations.
Candidates must be from universities that have accreditation with Society of Engineers
Qualification: Preferred Mechanical Engineer to SVQ level 4 or ONC Mechanical Engine or HND or Technical Bachelors / Ordinary Degree.
