1. Operating company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport staff, clients, materials, or goods to designated locations on time.
2. Planning and following efficient routes to avoid traffic congestion and delays, often using GPS or having extensive knowledge of Dubai and Sharjah roads and landmarks.
3. Performing routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, ensuring the vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition at all times. Reporting any issues or incidents promptly to management.
4. Adhering strictly to all UAE traffic laws, RTA (Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai) regulations, and company safety policies and procedures.
5. Maintaining accurate logbooks, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports. Handling paperwork for goo as needed.
6. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor, and providing courteous service to clients or passengers.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Physical fitness and capability to handle goods if required.
Proven driving skills and possession of a valid manual driving license 3.
Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with staff.
Knowledge of vehicles and maintenance
Familiarity with UAE road regulations and routes is a plus.
