About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce and Admin Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage online selling platforms while supporting day-to-day office operations including commissary and admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Duties:

Manage and update product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and others.
Process online orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for stock levels and deliveries.
Analyze online sales performance and provide weekly reports.
Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback professionally.
Adm Duties:

Oversee commissary operations including inventory and supply management.
Maintain office supplies, doents, and filing systems.
Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, petty cash, and scheduling.
Support HR and finance teams in preparing basic reports and doentation.
Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office environment.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce management and office administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online selling tools.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
