Extensive professional experience in the Sultanate of Oman, specializing in:
* Contract drafting and review.
* Arbitration.
* Investment disputes and investment settlement negotiations.
* Dealing with government entities and regulatory authorities.
The candidate must have previously practiced law in the Sultanate of Oman and possess no less than 10 years of professional experience in the Omani legal market.
