A chosen candidate will be responsible for the following.
Determine and finalize the project scope and objectives
Developing Design Drawings, Specifications, Quality Control plans, Technical Reports, Method of Statement, Risk Assessment.
Reach the deadline to deliver the project with minimum sna.
Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
Coordinate with the Procurement Team, Architectural Team in order to manage the Site condition and Site Execution.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to the Management.
Coordinate with subcontractors and In house Teams of supervisors to execute the scope of work on Site.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
MEP inspections and Site Supervision.
Regular Site visit and understanding Site issues. Monitoring MEP site daily activities and review of shop drawings responding to field requested changes.
Designs all mechanical systems including plumbing & sewage, firefighting, irrigation, HVAC.
Responsible for all testing commissioning on site.
> Must have 2 years UAE Experience.
> Being a member of Society of Engineers, and others will be an advantage.
> Can join immediately.
