¨ Receive of new tender and keep tender register updated.
¨ Arrange price quotations for the materials concerns to the tender requirements for approval.
¨ Study all the tender documents (technical part commercial part).
¨ Prepare technical and commercial clarifications if necessary
¨ Site survey and prepare bill of quantity as per scope of works.
¨ Identification of all resources but not limited to manpower, materials, equipment, scaffolding, specialized sub-contractors if any etc.
¨ Prepare cost estimation for all tenders in line with the requirements for final approval.
¨ Preparation of the bid / tender documents (Both Technical & Commercial) and ensuring its timely submission.
¨ Responsible for all clarifications from client after sub-mission, incorporating in the tender.
¨ Proper documentation of correspondences, filing, per required.
¨ Aware of IMS requirements and compliance with IMS documentation requirements
